This feminine portrait depicting Magdalena Muñoz Cobo was started in 1928. He wanted to gift it to her as wedding present, but unfortunately he cannot be able to finish it due his death.
Romero de Torres painted this work for the niece of a close friend, the general Diego Muñoz Cobo y Serrano, also portrayed in 1919 when he was appointed minister.
The young girl appears cross-legged seated, wearing the Queen of Floral Games dress that took place in Cordoba in 1930. This young girl has dark-wavy hair. Her feaures are peaceful.
